When you add an image, your browser reads and processes it locally using built-in browser features. The image is not uploaded to our servers, we do not store it, and we cannot see it.

Closing or refreshing the page discards the images from the tool. Files you download are saved by your browser to your own device.

The site remembers your light or dark theme choice by saving a small preference in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your site data in your browser settings.

The site's own code does not set cookies of its own. Google Analytics, described below, does set cookies in your browser.

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they use, and how they find us, so that we can improve the tools and fix problems. When you open a page, your browser loads a script from Google to make this work.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, named "_ga" and "_ga_" followed by an identifier, to recognise a returning browser and to group visits into sessions. Information it may receive includes:

Your images are never part of this data. They are processed on your device and are not sent to Google Analytics, to Google, or to us.

We use the reports in aggregate to understand how the site is used. We do not try to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell this data.

According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google may process this data on servers in other countries, and how long it is kept is controlled by the settings in our Google Analytics account. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by using a browser or extension that blocks trackers. The tools work the same way if analytics is blocked.

Like most websites, the servers or services that deliver this site to you may automatically record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site secure and reliable. We do not use it to identify you or to look at your images.

If you email contact@allimageresizer.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to respond to you and to improve the site, we keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Apart from Google Analytics, described above, the site does not load third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and its fonts are served from our own domain. If that changes, we will update this policy.

We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If you have emailed us and want your message corrected or deleted, write to contact@allimageresizer.com and we will help. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights over your personal data under local law, which can include the right to object to analytics. The opt-out options in the analytics section above are available to everyone.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
